Qualitative Research and Knowledge Mobilization

Janice is a research and communications consultant with expertise in qualitative research, report writing, editing, and knowledge mobilization. She has worked extensively with government, non-profit, health, and social service organizations, helping clients gather insights, synthesize complex information, and communicate findings clearly and effectively. Janice holds a Master's degree in Criminology from the University of Toronto and brings a strong understanding of social policy, justice, health, and community issues.

Erin is an evaluator and strategic planning professional with experience supporting public, non-profit, and community-sector organizations. She specializes in program evaluation, research, facilitation, and project management, helping organizations strengthen decision-making and improve outcomes. Erin brings strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with expertise in data collection, qualitative analysis, and adult learning. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Evaluation from the University of Victoria and a Certificate in Adult Learning and Development from the University of Toronto.

Natalia is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 15 years of experience delivering complex initiatives across technology, organizational development, business transformation, and social impact sectors. She specializes in project management, business analysis, process improvement, and strategic change initiatives, helping organizations translate vision into practical, measurable results. Natalia has successfully led projects using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies and is known for building strong client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering value-added solutions on time and within budget.

James is a quantitative researcher and statistician with expertise in survey methodology, statistical analysis, and applied social research. His work spans academic, policy, and community-based research, with extensive experience analyzing survey and administrative datasets. Jabari Lindsay, MPPAL, BSW

Community Development, Equity, and Public Policy

Jabari is a community development and public-sector leader with extensive experience advancing equity, access, and inclusion across community, social service, and government settings. He brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, youth development, government relations, and equity-focused systems change, with a strong ability to build trust and relationships across diverse communities, organizations, and sectors. His work includes leadership roles in income supports, employment services, and youth development, as well as leading the development of the City of Toronto’s Youth Equity Strategy and co-developing support systems for Black and Indigenous staff.

Afroz is an evaluator and public health professional with expertise in performance measurement, program evaluation, research, and data-informed decision-making. With more than fifteen years of experience in policy and program development, implementation, and evaluation, she helps organizations design meaningful performance measurement systems. Afroz brings extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, qualitative and quantitative research, and working with equity-deserving communities to support organizational learning and improvement.
