Meet Meg.
Meg Gassanov, Founder and Principal Consultant, Strategic Measures
Meg Gassanov, certified Strategy Planning Professional and Credentialed Evaluator, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Strategic Measures. She has been supporting organizations in the development of strategic and learning approaches to their work for almost 20 years.
Meg earned a Ph.D. in Sociology, with specialties in Demography, Family, and Survey Research. She also offers certification in organizational design, Human Centred Design, change management, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor—Quality.
She has worked with the City of Toronto, the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit, the John Howard Society of Ontario, the Canadian Red Cross, the Ohio State University, the University of Toronto, and McMaster University.
She has led strategy, performance measurement, and evaluation and research projects within the following sectors: public health, homelessness, social assistance, disaster response, refugee experience, higher education, healthcare research, youth development, and for-profit business.
