Advancing Intersectoral Action on Harm Reduction and Anti-Racism
Assist supportive housing organizations in developing and implementing effective harm reduction policies; foster stronger partnerships across health, supportive housing, and municipal sectors; and strengthen racialized community partnerships for equitable supportive housing initiatives. 2024-2025.
